Founded in 2023 and building on the foundations of the Gordon Commission on the Future of Assessment in Education, the Study Group aims to study the best of assessment, data, and AI, practice, technology and policy; consider future design needs and opportunities for educational systems; and generate recommendations to better meet the needs of students, families, and educators.
The Study Group seeks to accelerate the transition to future measurement and assessment systems by bringing to bear technical expertise, cross-sector collaboration, and inclusive design to advance understanding and system innovation.
